Jim Vriend has been an Accredited Home Inspector since 2000 and is a member of the Home Inspectors Association of BC.

To become a member, an inspector must meet rigorous professional and educational requirements followed by a review. To remain a member, an inspector must meet annual continuing educational requirements.

HIABC has also developed a Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and Occupational Standards, that must be followed by all members. You can view details on the HIABC website by clicking here.
